Q: What is a software
Registration Key?
A: You will need a
valid Registration Key to unlock your downloaded product. You will be issued a
unique Registration Key upon completion of your purchase.
Q: What if I purchase a new computer?
(The Operating System must still be Windows XP® - Windows Vista® is not
available)
A: You will be issued
one Registration Key and a new software download, free of charge. Proof of
purchase is required. The Registration Key may not be transferred to another
party.

Q: What if I upgrade to
a newer version of the software, will I lose my data?
A: No.
The next version of Sterling Sales Tracker (4.0) will have the
capability of importing data from Excel®
files. The current
version of Sterling Sales Tracker (3.0) allows you to export your data in Excel® format.
You do not need Excel®
on your computer to store these files. Sterling Sales Tracker 4.0 will be
targeted to run under Microsoft's "Windows 7" - when available.
Q: Will I be charged full price for a newer version of Sterling
Sales Tracker?
A: No, Customers with
valid Registration Keys will be given a price discount for new versions.
Q: Do I need MS Access®
on my computer to operate the software?

A: No, the Sterling Sales Tracker Installer creates a
Run-time version of MS Access®
on your computer.
Q: What if I have a problem understanding some of the
software's screens and forms?
A: Each form in the application comes with built-in help.
Additionally, a free full-color tutorial comes with the software. You can view
the tutorial directly from the application without leaving it.
